1. Goods sold are not refundable.
2. Oshadhi Singapore reserves the rights to review each return or exchange on case-by-case basis.
3. Refund will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days.
4. Eligible for return on following conditions only
a. Damaged shipment
b. Incorrect shipment
5. Returns must be report to us within 3 days (with proof of damage i.e. picture) from date of received parcel and return to us within 7 days.
6. All products must be return unopened and in its original packing. If seal of the product is open or broken are considered sold and cannot be accepted for return.
7. For approved return cases, please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
